Mercidia Hendra, LMT, MLD-C, CPST
Mercidia is a Skilled Licensed Massage Therapist who is committed to providing each client with personalized care and attention. She will take the time to listen to your concerns and will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs.
Mercidia has earned her degree from the Sarasota School of Massage, and after receiving her License, she has devoted her time to becoming an expert in Lymphatic Drainage. She has Certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique) and Advanced MLD - Management of Post-Plastic Surgery Procedures.
Mercidia has been a Certified Nurse Assistant for the last 12 years, giving her experience and knowledge of most medical issues.
Phil Hendra, LMHC
Phil, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, believes in the transformative power of a strong therapeutic alliance. He creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, fostering open communication and collaborative goal-setting. Phil's empathetic listening and non-judgmental approach allow clients to freely explore their thoughts and feelings, discovering the positive narrative within. He utilizes a range of modalities, including CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness, to personalize treatment. With a Bachelor's in Psychology from Stetson University and a Master's from Walden University, Phil brings a wealth of experience to his work with Couples, Veterans, and Adults, and specializes in areas such as Narcissistic Abuse, Conflict Resolution, Anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD.

Katlyn Tobey, RCSWI
Katlyn is a dedicated and compassionate Pre-Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with teens navigating self-esteem issues, identity development, and emotional challenges. She is passionate about supporting adolescents as they work through anxiety, depression, disordered eating, relationship dynamics, and family stressors. Katlyn creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where teens feel seen, heard, and empowered to build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver, Katlyn offers a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailoring each session to the unique needs of her clients. These methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Katlyn is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment for all individuals, Her approach is rooted in empathy and respect, fostering positive growth and healing for each client.
